An established suburb, still worth doing properly

Eldoraigne is one of Centurion's larger, longer-settled suburbs — big stands, mature gardens, and a mix of original houses and homes that have been extended, opened up or fully renovated over the years. That mix means we see everything from ageing timber venetians that need replacing to brand-new open-plan additions with big glass doors onto the garden.

Renovation work tends to change a room's light more than owners expect — knock through a wall, add a sliding door, and the sun exposure that suited the old venetian blinds no longer matches. We measure the room as it is now, not as the blind that's already there assumes it is.
